Bramleigh Loyalty Rewards

Dear Customers,
We unfortunately have to announce that we will be ending our loyalty and referral programme from 20 March 2023. After running the programme for a year, we are very sad to have to end it. Please be sure to use your points before this date!
The loyalty programme is charged by a third party, in dollars, making it increasingly expensive. It now costs more than hosting our entire online store!
The sign up process has proven complicated and provides an additional challenge to ordering online.
While we absolutely LOVE to honour your commitment and support, as a small farm, under pressure from price increases, we have continued to try and keep our prices market relevant, and our shipping costs low too. Unfortunately we can no longer afford to do both.
We have chosen to continue keeping our prices as low as possible and subsidise delivery charges where possible. We will provide spontaneous rewards where we can, through vouchers and coupons instead. We will have a discount coupon coming in soon for orders over a certain amount.
Please be sure to use your credits by 20 March 2023 - you can now pay with points or use points to generate a discount coupon on your next order.

BRAMLEIGH LOYALTY REWARDS
Our Bramleigh Loyalty programme rewards you, our customer, for your continued support. It is a two part programme
LOYALTY REWARDS: Earn points every time you spend and use these points to get a discount on your next purchase
REFERRAL REWARDS: Refer a friend - your friend will receive a discount for their first purchase - and you’ll earn points towards your loyalty coupon.
LOYALTY REWARDS
Our loyalty programme rewards customers for regular purchases from our online store. We couldn’t exist without your support, so this is our way of showing appreciation.
Earn points for signing up and every time you shop with us. Once you have accumulated enough points, your points can be redeemed for a 10% discount on your next purchase. For example 500 points gives you R50 off your order, 1000 points earns R100 off.
STEP 1
Click on the “Bramleigh Loyalty” Tab at the bottom
Step 2
Create an account to earn your first 100 points, enter your birthday and/or subscribe to our mailing list to enter more points.
Every purchase will earn you points - R1 = 1 point. Make sure you are signed in when you place your order so that your points are counted.
Click the three lines at the top to see how many points you have accumulated, how many more you need or previous transactions.
STEP 3
Continue shopping to accumulate points, or click on “Claim” to claim your discount coupon when you have enough points. Select the coupon with the relevant value to your points. It will generate a code for you.
Copy this code and paste it in at checkout. You will only see this option if you are signed in!
Each code is only valid for one order. This code will be emailed to you but you can also access it by going back to the three little lines (see Step 2) to view past coupon codes - those that have been used, and unused codes that you can copy and paste into your next order.

Our second rewards programme provides a discount to you when you refer a friend, and rewards your friend for their first purchase from our store.
2. REFERRAL REWARDS
Step 1
Click the Bramleigh Rewards at the bottom of your screen. Select the “Referral” tab.
Copy the code and send it to a friend via Whatsapp or email, or however you choose. You friend can now use this code to get a 10% discount on their first order.
This is the screen your friend will see. This code needs to be copied before the order is placed. It can only be used on the first order, and can only be used once.
The unique code can be pasted into the “gift card” spot at checkout, once signed in.
You will also receive 200 points for referring a friend. This will be added to your points total and can be used on your next purchase.
